This Sample Submission Agreement ("Agreement") governs all precious metals, jewellery, gemstones, documents, digital files, and other materials submitted to Paragon Bullion for laboratory testing, analysis, manufacturing, repair, or consultation.

By submitting any materials to Paragon Bullion, you agree to the following terms.

Customer Declaration

You declare that:

• You are the legal owner of the submitted materials, or
• You have full legal authority to submit them.

You further declare that submitting the materials does not violate any law or third-party rights.

Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate information regarding:

• Material description
• Known treatments or repairs
• Previous testing
• Declared value (where required)
• Contact information

Paragon Bullion is not responsible for issues arising from incomplete or inaccurate information.

Sample Identification

Customers are responsible for properly identifying submitted items.

Where appropriate, Paragon Bullion may assign internal reference numbers for administrative purposes.

Examination Methods

Paragon Bullion will determine the most appropriate testing methodology based upon:

• Sample type
• Physical condition
• Requested services
• Equipment availability

Testing methods remain at Paragon Bullion's professional discretion unless otherwise agreed.

Destructive Testing

Certain analytical methods may require partial sampling or destructive testing.

Where destructive testing is reasonably anticipated, Paragon Bullion will obtain customer authorization before proceeding, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Storage

Submitted items will be stored using reasonable care while in Paragon Bullion's possession.

Customers should collect completed items promptly after notification.

Storage charges may apply to items left unclaimed beyond a reasonable period where permitted by law and after reasonable notice has been provided.

Unclaimed Property

If submitted materials remain unclaimed for an extended period despite reasonable efforts to contact the customer, Paragon Bullion reserves the right to handle such property in accordance with applicable law.

Shipping

Customers shipping materials to Paragon Bullion are responsible for:

• Secure packaging
• Shipment tracking
• Shipping insurance
• Compliance with customs regulations

Risk of loss before receipt remains with the customer.

Confidential Materials

Designs, CAD files, technical drawings, and confidential business information submitted by customers will be handled with reasonable confidentiality.

Ownership of customer intellectual property remains with the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

Except where prohibited by applicable law, Paragon Bullion's liability relating to submitted materials shall not exceed the fees paid for the applicable service.
