This policy applies to:

- Domestic and International Shipments
- Products purchased directly from Paragon Bullion
Certain products or services may be subject to separate written agreements that will prevail where applicable.
2. Shipping Your Items to Paragon Bullion
Customers sending jewellery, precious metals, gemstones, or other materials to Paragon Bullion should:
- Package all items securely.
- Use a reputable courier service with shipment tracking.
- Purchase adequate shipping insurance based on the item's value.
- Retain proof of shipment and tracking information until delivery is confirmed.
- Comply with all applicable customs, export, and import regulations.

- Inspected for visible condition.
- Photographed for identification and record-keeping where appropriate.
- Assigned a service reference number.
Customers should promptly notify us if any submitted inventory list or service request contains errors.
4. Laboratory Testing Services
Laboratory testing is performed on the materials submitted by the customer using recognized analytical methods and appropriate testing procedures.
Testing reports:
- Reflect the condition of the submitted sample at the time of examination.
- Apply only to the tested sample.
- Are based on the information and materials provided.
- Are subject to accepted scientific and instrument measurement tolerances.
Laboratory testing does not constitute:
- A guarantee of future performance.
- An investment recommendation.
- A market valuation.
- An insurance appraisal unless expressly stated.
- Certification beyond the scope of the report.
Testing services are considered complete once the report or agreed deliverable has been provided.
5. Jewellery Repair Services
Each jewellery item is individually assessed before repair work begins.
Where appropriate, we may provide:
- A repair estimate.
- Recommended repair options.
- Estimated completion timeframe.
- Notification of known risks associated with the repair.
Certain items, particularly antique, vintage, heavily worn, or previously repaired jewellery, may contain hidden structural weaknesses that cannot reasonably be identified before work begins.
While every reasonable effort is made to complete repairs successfully, Paragon Bullion cannot guarantee that all items can be repaired without risk due to their condition.
We reserve the right to decline repairs that we reasonably believe cannot be completed safely or to an acceptable standard.
6. Custom Jewellery Manufacturing
Each custom jewellery project is manufactured according to the customer's approved specifications.
Before production begins, customers are responsible for reviewing and approving:
- Design concepts.
- CAD renderings (where applicable).
- Dimensions.
- Metal type and purity.
- Gemstone selection.
- Engravings.
- Production specifications.
- Pricing.
Once production has commenced:
- Design modifications may not be possible.
- Additional charges may apply for approved changes.
- Delivery timelines may be revised.
Because every custom piece is individually manufactured, reasonable variations in finish, texture, dimensions, weight, and natural gemstone characteristics may occur and shall not be considered defects where they do not materially affect the approved design.
7. Production & Repair Timeframes
Estimated completion times are provided for planning purposes only.
Production and repair schedules may be affected by:
- Design complexity.
- Material availability.
- Precious metal sourcing.
- Gemstone availability.
- Quality control requirements.
- Customer approval delays.
- Public holidays.
- Customs procedures.
- Transportation delays.
- Events beyond our reasonable control.
Paragon Bullion will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed of significant delays.
8. Shipping Completed Orders
Completed orders may be shipped using reputable domestic or international courier services.
Where available, customers will receive shipment tracking information.
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are outside Paragon Bullion's control.
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate shipping information.
- Paying applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or governmental charges unless otherwise agreed.

Risk of loss generally transfers upon delivery to the carrier or recipient, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
