Custom jewellery is manufactured according to the customer's approved specifications.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving:

- CAD Renderings
- Material Selection

- Dimensions
- Engravings
- Specifications
Production generally begins only after required approvals and payments have been received.
Because jewellery is handcrafted, reasonable variations in finish, texture, dimensions, weight, and gemstone characteristics may occur and shall not be considered manufacturing defects where they do not materially affect the approved design.
10. Repairs and Restoration
Repair and restoration services are performed with professional care.
Customers acknowledge that:

All laboratory reports apply only to the submitted sample examined at the time of testing and should not be interpreted as guarantees, certifications beyond their stated scope, insurance appraisals, investment advice, or future performance assurances.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, customers acknowledge that they purchase products and use services at their own discretion and risk.
